Common rules

• Wash your hands thoroughly and regularly.
• Stay 1.5 metres away from other people.
• If you have symptoms, stay at home and get tested as soon as possible.
• Do not shake hands.
• Sneeze and cough into your elbow. 
• Touch your face as little as possible.
• In case of fever or illness, please contact us at the reception.
• Masks are only obligatory in public transport.
• Beaches and shops are open!

What we do?

• We give you the key through our key safe. This way there is no physical contact.
• We communicate all hygiene and distance measures at our reception/key vaults.
• If a visit to the ffront desk is still necessary, we allow one guest at a time to enter our reception desk. We ask any other guests to wait outside. 
• Any payments will be made online or by PIN payement.

• Our accommodations are carefully cleaned by our housekeeping staff.
• They are trained to carefully clean the accommodation, according to the guidelines of the RIVM.
• We will provide you with bedlinen and towels. 

Travelling

Bear in mind that the advice can always change, so keep checking the travel advice before departure, at your destination and before your return. 

Within the Netherlands you can travel freely. Are you coming from another country? Check which color code the Dutch government has given your country at netherlandsworldwide.nl

Green or yellow
Almost all countries have a green or yellow color code. If you come from a country with a green or yellow color code, you can travel freely. You do not need to show a negative test or go into (home) quarantine on arrival.

Orange
This color code is given to a country if a dangerous new variant emerges that has not yet been detected in the Netherlands. 

If you are traveling to the Netherlands from a country with an orange color code, a negative PCR test or vaccination or recovery certificate is required. This applies to everyone from 12 years and older. Home quarantine is also recommended upon arrival in the Netherlands, even if you have been vaccinated, but the quarantine is not mandatory.

Risk area
Do you travel from Germany? Check the website of the Robert Koch Institut to see if the Netherlands has been designated as a risk area. Germany has two types of risk areas: high-risk areas and areas with a virus variant.

Test, vaccination or recovery
Travellers aged 12 from all countries (including non-risk countries) must show a negative coronavirus test, a vaccination certificate or proof of recovery. This test must have been done before entering Germany. This may be an antigen test.

High-risk area
Do you come from a high-risk area? Then you must report your trip in advance at anreiseanmeldung.de. Take the confirmation you received with you. Anyone who has not been vaccinated or has not recovered is subject to a 10-day quarantine requirement. This applies to persons of all ages. After five days, the quarantine can be ended with a negative test. Children under 12 may end the quarantine after the fifth day without being tested.

Have you been fully vaccinated or recovered? Then you do not have to go into quarantine.

Virus variant area
Do you come from a virus variant area? In that case, you must report your trip in advance at anreiseanmeldung.de. Also, everyone who comes or goes from a virus variant area has to be tested. This also applies to vaccinated persons or persons who have recovered. The test may be an antigen test. On return from areas with a virus variant, a quarantine of 14 days is mandatory. This cannot be shortened.

Are you from Belgium? Check all travel regulations at www.info-coronavirus.be.

Check the color code of the Netherlands and whether they are on the list of very high risk countries. 

PLF
To travel back to Belgium, you need to fill out the Public Health Passenger Locator Form.

Green or orange zone
When returned from a green or orange zone, testing or quarantine is not necessary.

Red zone in the European Union

• If you have a vaccination certificate or recovery certificate, you do not need to undergo quarantine or testing.
• Don't have a vaccination or recovery certificate? Don't have a recent negative PCR test no more than 72 hours old?
  • Get tested on day 1 or 2 after you get home from your trip. Is the test negative? Then you may leave quarantine.
  • Children under the age of 12 don't have to take a test.

Very high risk zone

• You are required to spend 10 days in quarantine. This is for everyone, even if you are fully vaccinated or you were in a country for less than 48 hours.
• Get tested on day 1 and day 7 after you get home from your trip.
